WHAT ARE MY PARKING OPTIONS?
Katy Legacy offers spacious driveways with a 2-car garage, which includes an option to install an EV-charging station for a one-time additional cost. Visitors may park along the curb or at our clubhouse.
CAN I TOUR OF MY HOME OR TAKE A TOUR BEFORE I MOVE IN?
Yes, we offer tours M-F from 9 AM – 5:30 PM. If those times don’t work for you, we offer self-guided tours that you can schedule on our website! If you have a particular floorplan you would like to see, you will have the option to view our model or a vacant/available home.
CAN I HANG ITEMS ON THE WALL?
Of course, we want you to express yourself in your new home! Command strips, thumbtacks and small nails/screws are permitted. Please note that excessive damage to the walls (unfilled holes, dry-wall damage, discolored touch-up paint, etc.) will result in move-out charges.
CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION AT KATY LEGACY?
Katy Legacy is a brand-new community with 50 move-in ready homes. To accommodate high rental demand, our property is opening in phases. This means, there will be ongoing construction in our neighborhood to complete the community in different sections. All construction will be completed in areas separate from your home section.

WHAT IS ALREADY IN MY HOME?
Each home is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances, premium blinds, luxurious plank flooring, quartz countertops, and designer cabinets.
HOW DO I PAY UTILITIES?
You will set up your utilities through the providers listed on your utility quote sheet. All payments will be paid directly through them and not to Katy Legacy.
WHAT KIND OF STOVES DO YOU PROVIDE?
Our Samsung, stainless steel, gas stoves are perfect for creating the perfect meal.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes! Our spacious yards and bark park are perfect for your furry friends! We allow pets with breed and weight restrictions, if you are unsure about your pet’s breed, please contact management for more details on our parameters.
IS THE POOL OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND?
Yes, our amenities are available for you to enjoy every day of the year!
HOW CAN I ACCESS THE CLUBHOUSE/FITNESS CENTER?
You will have full amenity access through a key fob that you will receive upon move in! The fob will unlock the doors during the available hours.
DO I NEED TO RESERVE THE GRILL AREA AT THE POOL?
No, all amenities at Katy Legacy are first come, first served.
WHAT IS JETTY?
Jetty Deposit is an innovative, hassle-free approach to paying a security deposit. Instead of paying a cash security deposit at the beginning of your lease term, you can opt for Jetty Deposit, which allows you to pay a fraction of the amount—and get back to enjoying your property immediately.
HOW MUCH IS THE JETTY DEPOSIT?
When you apply, Jetty will ask for basic information about your new place and yourself. As part of the application, they also collect your SSN and do a “soft” credit check (which doesn’t impact your credit score!). This will determine an upfront price that won’t change.

IS THE GENIE GARAGE DOOR OPENER PAIRED WITH THE SMART RENT PACKAGE?
Although the garage door opener is not paired with the smart rent package, you can download the Aladdin Connect smart system and pair it that way! The model 2128 is a Wi-Fi - connected garage door opener with the Aladdin Connect smart system built directly in. This technology makes the 2128 a better choice for the resident who wants a reliable opener with more power along with the advantage of being able to monitor & operate it remotely through a smart phone or device.
